Sales Coordinator

Salary: $26 - $27 Per Hour

Who we’re looking for:

SALES COORDINATOR FOR OUR CORPORATE OFFICE IN BELLEVUE, WA.

If you are curious and love to learn, adaptable to changing markets and needs, motivated to assist others, passionate about guest service and effective in managing systems and processes, this is the job for you! You will work alongside our group sales team to support administrative functions.

What to expect:

Here are a few things that will make your days full and rewarding:

  1. Support the sales team by entering inquiries into customer relationship management system (CRM), generate sales contracts and manage traces from the National Sales team.
  2. Assist with trade show preparation, execution and post-show activities.
  3. Manage promotional materials for the sales team.
  4. Answer and respond to sales email inbox and telephone leads, and route to the appropriate sales team member.
  5. Manage the weekly sales meeting minutes.
  6. Complete forms to communicate with hotels.
  7. Perform audits for groups.
  8. Confirm booking accuracy of group blocks before turning groups over to the services team.

Your experience and qualifications:

  1. One to two years’ previous experience in a coordinator or administrative role (previous hotel experience a plus).
  2. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  3. Experience with CRM systems (Opera PMS and Salesforce or Delphi preferred but not required).
  4. Hospitality and customer service experience preferred. Customer service focus and attitude a must.
  5. Excellent customer service, conflict resolution and communication skills (verbal and written).
  6. Team oriented, collaborative and detail oriented. Uphold a professional demeanor.
  7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and use multiple systems and processes.
  8. Strong organizational, problem solving, decision-making and multitasking skills.
