Office & HR Coordinator

Who we’re looking for:

OFFICE & HR COORDINATOR FOR OUR CORPORATE OFFICE IN BELLEVUE, WA.

The Office and HR Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the Staypineapple Headquarters team. This position will perform HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely in supporting the HR and Admin teams.

What to expect:

Here are a few things that will make your days full and rewarding:

  1. Manage the HR administrator portion of onboarding including but not limited to I-9 verification, notices of employment and provide onboarding support to field managers.
  2. In partnership with HR Management, administer standardized training programs and compile reports.
  3. Maintenance of employment documents, permits and licenses.
  4. Monitor and route the HR inbox and HR Secure Scans.
  5. Support with sourcing, screening, interviewing and assisting with job fairs.
  6. Provide administrative support to the office. Answer and direct incoming calls, coordinate mail flow in and out of the office, faxing, filing, and any other duties as assigned.
  7. Manage internal directory. Manage office/breakroom supply inventory.
  8. Oversee cleanliness and presentation of all guest facing and common areas, management of common spaces. Make coffee, order and set out food for meetings.
  9. Manage service awards, employee recognition and event planning.
  10. New Hire desk setup.
  11. Keeping up to date and ensuring compliance with local, state and federal laws and reporting findings to the HR team.
  12. Maintain employee confidentiality and have the ability to professionally interact with all levels of the organization.
  13. Identify process improvement opportunities and participate in improvement initiatives.
  14. Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned.

Your experience and qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  2. One to two years of Human Resources experience required. Multi-state onboarding experience preferred.
  3. Two years of administrative experience required.
  4. Experience working with HRIS systems. Paylocity preferred.
  5. Microsoft Office and Google Suite experience required. Monday.com and Salesforce preferred.
  6. Strong communication and writing skills. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from team members, managers, clients, guests or the general public.
  7. Demonstrated time management skills, planning and organizing, problem solving, and delivery of results.
  8. Organized, detail oriented self-starter with the ability to work independently with some degree of ambiguity.
  9. Ability to take direction and learn to handle several projects at once. Able to meet changing deadlines.
  10. Ability to understand and apply labor and industry-specific laws and regulations.
